Can I get physical and virtual cards?
AngelList Stack will issue you both physical and virtual business debit cards. Your cards can be used anywhere that accepts Visa. Each new card will have its own card number and you can select which account you'd like it linked to.
Do you offer credit cards or charge cards?
At this time, we do not offer credit cards. In the meantime, you can apply for a card with Brex via our partner link here. AngelList Stack companies get 20,000 points after spending $1,000 on a Brex card.
How do I view my card number or CVV?
To view all of your issued cards, click Cards under the Banking tab. For specific card information, click the photo of that card or click on it in the list below the images. To see the account number or CVV, click the lock icon and enter the verification code sent to you via SMS. NOTE: You will only be able to see card information for virtual cards, as you should have your physical card with you.
What does it mean if my card is declined for insufficient funds?
Because this is a debit card, you only have access to the amount of funds that are currently in your account. Please make sure that the account is appropriately funded before making purchases.
What can I do if I've exceeded my limit?
If your purchase is declined due to an exceeded limit, double check what you set the card limit as by clicking into the card page and selecting the Set Card Spend Limits button on the top right. If you need to change the card limit amounts, you can see instructions on how to change that here.
Additionally, make sure you have not exceeded your daily account card transaction limit of $10,000.
If you're still having trouble, reach out to customer support at stack@angellist.com.
Can I make international payments with my card?
