How do I add custom fields to my template or board consent?

As in the demo above, edit the fields of your Word document (.docx format) which you want to populate on Stack to be strings within double curly braces. The template generator will automatically recognize those strings and add them to the Template Fields table.

For example:

This document is executed on {{effective_date}} by {{founder_name}}.

The language above would result in two fields being added to the Template Fields table: "Effective Date" and "Founder Name." You would then be able to fill in those fields when using the template.

We recommend using fields like:
