Where can I generate a bank statement?

You can find Statements under the Banking tab. Select which account you'd like a statement for, select which month you'd like to see and click generate.

Alternatively, if you’re already looking at the account you’d like a statement for, you can click the Statements & Other Documents button on the top right. In the drop-down, you can choose to see either the current month’s statement or a prior statement.

How do I download an overview report?

From the Statements tab, select the drop-down for generating an Overview Report. Choose the Statement Period you'd like to see and click Generate Statement.

Where can I get a bank verification letter?

Once you’re on the account page you’d like the document for, click the Statements & Other Documents button on the top right. In the drop-down, select Bank Letter.

Can I download ACH and wire instructions?

Go to the account that you want the fund deposited into. On the top right, select the ACH/Wire Instructions PDF button and it will automatically download to your computer. To get the wire instructions with the memo section included, click the Statements & Other Documents button and select Wire Instructions (memo included).

What document can I use to provide proof of funds or verification that I am an account holder?

You can download a bank letter for any specific account. The bank letter will confirm the funds in the account and list any authorized account holders.
