How do I make internal transfers?
Go to Transfer Funds in the Banking Tab and select the View dropdown button next to Internal Transfer. Fill out the form and click the Transfer Funds button. You should see the transfer processed instantly.
How do I make an ACH payment or wire transfer?
You can send outgoing ACH Payments or Wire Transfers by clicking on Transfer Funds in the Banking tab. Select which you would like to do and fill out the form with the payee's information. Note: Transfers made after 1 PM ET or on a weekend or holiday will be processed the next business day. Incoming wires are released daily at 6:45 PM ET.
Can I make a cash deposit?
We do not currently support cash deposits.

🧾 Checks
How do I deposit a check?
Go to Transfer Funds in the Banking Tab and select the View dropdown button next to Deposit a Check. Choose the account you'd like to deposit the funds to, fill out the form, and upload photos of the front and back of the check before clicking the Deposit button. The check should be landscape and framed in the center of the photo with good contrast.
You can also deposit checks from directly within the account you’d like to deposit to. Scroll down to Check Deposits, fill out the form that appears, upload photos of the check, and click Submit. Shortly after depositing, you'll receive an email notification with the status of the check.
Before taking the images of your check, make sure you've endorsed it by signing the back and writing "For deposit at Blue Ridge Bank" under the signature, as shown below.
NOTE: There is a $5,000 limit for check deposits. If you need to deposit a check larger than that, please reach out to us for approval and share documentation from the source in order to deposit it (e.g if the check is for an investment, send us a copy of the SAFE).
Who should incoming checks be made payable to?
Checks should be payable to the legal business name associated with the account.
Can I get a checkbook for my account?
We do not currently offer physical checks or checkbooks.
