Pricing

Launching a new company with Stack costs $500 flat. This includes a full incorporation set, an EIN, expedited filing with Delaware, and one year of registered agent services.

Additionally, incorporating with Stack gives access to a 1 year subscription to Stack's Base plan (included in the flat fee).

AngelList Stack can help you start a new Delaware C corporation.

To get started, go to angellist.com/stack-inc and click "Start Your Company." In the application, make sure that you select that you need a Delaware C corporation.

Once your application is approved, we'll get to work on filing for your new company in Delaware. When we hear back from Delaware, we'll spin up a Stack dashboard for you which will house your company's legal documents and take you through the next steps.
