How can I invite an employee to their dashboard?

Navigate to "Employees > All Employees", click on the name of the employee you want to invite to their dashboard. You'll find a "Send Invite Email" button on the top right.

Can I invite employees to their dashboards in bulk?

If they have an existing grant on the dashboard, you can invite employees in bulk using Bulk Actions.

If they do not have any grants on the dashboard yet, you'll have to either individually invite them through their Employee screen as described above. Alternatively, reach out to [e-mail] and we'd be happy to help facilitate.

Can I see what an employee sees on their dashboard?

Yes. All the admin owners and ESOP/HR Managers can view employee dashboards by using the "Preview Employee Dashboard" present on every employee screen. You will not be able to take any action on behalf of the employee, but you will be able to see the dashboard from their view.

🛬 Termination

How do I manage an employee's termination?

Open the details of the employee who you wish to terminate and click on the Terminate button on the top right.

Here, you can manage the various scenarios under which somebody could be terminated and handle their ESOP vesting/cancellation accordingly.

Note: At this point, it is advised to change the employee's primary email to their personal email address so that they can retain visibility into their vested ESOPs.

You can immediately revoke access in case of termination for cause or immediately vest all unvested units for someone as well.

Where are my terminated employee's records?

Terminated employees' records are stored on the dashboard. If you don't see a terminated employee listed there, you may have unknowingly revoked access from them. Reach out to us to fix this.

Do the unvested options fall back to the pool automatically after the termination of an employee?

Yes. No manual adjustments are required.

You can use Offer Portals to send offers to potential hires, along with setting up an account on Pilot.co or Justworks, set up payroll through the AL bank account.
